Welcome to my 2nd blog entry!
I'm sat here typing away drinking a fabulous green juice (recipe follows) knowing that soon it will be working its way to every cell of my body supplying me with boundless energy to face all the day has in store!
Todays an 'admin' day. I hoping to get through a whole host of jobs - some big , some small but I'm approaching them all with a sense of excitement and satisfaction.
Things to do today : get my newsletter out , prepare my final lesson plans for the massage and reflexology courses I run , write evaluations of 2 community workshops I did yesterday and on the 'housey' front clear one of the bedrooms ready for the plasterer to do his stuff next week!
So heres to an action packed day being helped on the way by the power of one of my favourite green juices!
Green Power Juice recipe
1 whole cucumber
1 small head celery ( about 5 sticks)
2 granny smith apples
1 pear
a whole head of pak choi ( 1/2 bag kale or 1/2 bag spinach is just as good)
1/2 lemon
Take your juice and put the veggies and fruit through one by one. I usually start with the cucumber and celery followed by the greens then the fruit and finally the lemon.
Makes about a litre. ENJOY ;)
